US-based Solar Landscape, a developer of community and commercial rooftop solar projects, closed a $115 million credit facility with Nuveen Energy Infrastructure Credit (Nuveen EIC). Nuveen EIC committed an initial $65 million at close, with an option for an additional $50 million. The financing was intended to support Solar Landscape’s growing portfolio and long-term asset ownership model. The company aimed to expand distributed solar capacity while retaining control of its projects. Nuveen EIC stated the investment aligned with its focus on distributed generation and high-quality assets. The announcement followed Solar Landscape’s recent project wins and an expanding pipeline of commercial solar partnerships.
