China-based Runergy Solar has marked a major milestone with a global industry first at RE+ 2025 in Las Vegas. On September 9, TÜV Rheinland Group issued the company the world’s first PV Module Glare Resistance Assessment Report. The certification has validated the safety and reliability of Runergy’s solar module technology. It has also introduced a new industry benchmark for glare control.Glare control is especially critical for solar projects sited close to airports, highways, or housing clusters where reflections can create operational or safety risks. The assessment highlighted how addressing such concerns is becoming central to photovoltaic deployment standards. It has further highlighted how technology standards are evolving to meet sensitive application needs. Runergy Solar’s achievement was seen as a step toward advancing solar industry practices. It has emphasized innovation as a key driver of reliability and safety in global clean energy adoption.Prior to this, Runergy was named RETC’s 2025 Highest Achiever for N-type modules, highlighting its advancing technology portfolio.
