PVV Infra Ltd, a Hyderabad-based infrastructure firm specializing in rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations, has announced that its subsidiaries have secured two solar power orders worth INR 799 crore (~ $ 96.0 million) in Uttar Pradesh. PVV EVTech Private Ltd has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) for developing a 100 MW solar power project across Baghpat and Moradabad districts in joint venture with Nacof Oorja Pvt Ltd. The project has an estimated cost of ₹384 crore ($ 46.1 million) and an expected annual revenue of INR 53 crore (~ $ 6.4 million). PVV Housing Private Ltd has also received an EPC contract valued at INR 415 crore (~ $ 49.9 million) for a 109 MW solar project in the same districts in collaboration with Nacof Oorja. PVV Infra’s Board of Directors has further approved a strategy to expand renewable operations through Special Purpose Vehicles for improved efficiency and risk management.
