PetroSolar & SEPH ink solar deal for full 20 MW plant output

Philippines-headquartered PetroSolar Corporation (PSC), a subsidiary of PetroGreen Energy Corporation (PGEC), and Shell Energy Philippines, Inc. (SEPH) has signed a power supply agreement. The deal covered the full output of PSC’s 20MW Tarlac-2 Solar Power Plant for clean energy delivery. PGEC said the agreement helped secure stable, competitive rates amid rising pressure on solar offtake prices. SEPH stated the partnership supported its efforts to provide reliable solar power and aligned with the Philippines' renewable energy goals. Both parties expressed interest in expanding the collaboration.
