NextNRG Inc., a New York-based developer of intelligent energy infrastructure, has entered a strategic partnership with Hudson Sustainable Group LLC, also based in New York. The collaboration is structured to co-develop and finance clean energy projects across the US, including PV, BESS, distributed microgrids, and wireless EV charging. According to NextNRG, the partnership will support the deployment of its AI-integrated Next Utility Operating System across distributed applications. Under a Master Framework Agreement, Hudson will receive priority funding access to selected projects from NextNRG’s development pipeline. Hudson Sustainable, which has invested over $13 billion globally in renewable energy, is expected to contribute capital and sector expertise. The companies said that the implementation of approved assets continues to be pending final documentation and due diligence. The collaboration is designed to address growing demand for economical, data-intensive energy systems promoting resilience in critical sectors of fleet electrification, municipal operations, and data center power.
