Ceigall India Limited, an infrastructure development company headquartered in Gurugram, India, has recently announced that it has received two Letters of Intent from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. These Letters of Intent were issued for developing PV power projects under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0. The awarded capacity is 337 MW, which has included 147 MW under Lot #2 Round 2 and 190 MW under Lot #1 Round 1. Ceigall India has confirmed that the projects were allocated through tariff-based competitive bidding and are planned across several locations in Maharashtra. Ceigall India has further stated that disclosures required under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements will be provided after receiving final Letters of Award. These projects are part of Maharashtra’s broader program that is designed to expand decentralized solar generation and to supply electricity for agricultural and regional needs.
