China’s LONGi, a global leader in solar technology, has completed its first overseas delivery of Hi-MO X10 solar modules. The modules are for a 6.5 MW Commercial and Industrial (C&I) project in Yemen. The project is called the HSA Taiz Industrial Complex Project. It was developed in collaboration with Innovative Efficient Solutions (IES) to enhance energy adoption and provide reliable solar technology in the region. The Hi-MO X10 featured N-type Hybrid Passivation Back Contact (HPBC) cell structure with Zero Busbar technology, improving efficiency and longevity. Designed for 20-30 years of operation, the module ensured high energy output under diverse conditions. IES, in collaboration with Ruya Energy, played a key role in implementation. The collaboration aimed to provide durable solar technology for Yemen’s energy needs.
