INVL Renewable Energy Fund I, managed by INVL Asset Management,Ihave secured a €29.3 million (~$ 33.8 million) loan from Kommunalkredit Austria. The funding is for a 71MW solar project in Dolj County, Romania, scheduled for completion by September 2026. This follows a €25 million (~$28.8 million) loan granted by the bank in November 2023. The Dolj project is the fund’s third large-scale solar development in Romania. INVL’s portfolio includes 389MW of solar capacity under development in Romania and Poland. Eight projects in Romania total 356MW, while Poland accounts for 32MW. As of June 2025, the fund has invested over €90 million (~$ 103.93 million) in acquisition and construction. Total investment across both markets is expected to exceed €250 million by 2027. A €15 million (~$ 17.3 million) bond offering is underway in the Baltics. Capcora and Glodeanu & Partners advised the fund on the financing.
