REFI Sun, part of INVL Renewable Energy Fund I, has raised €15 million (~ $17.55 million) through a public bond offering in the Baltics, attracting 567 investors with demand exceeding €15.6 million(~ $18.25 million). The funds will be used to finance 389 MW of solar projects in Poland and Romania and refinance earlier loans. Institutional investors accounted for 57.75% of the allocation, while 42.25% went to retail investors, with most proceeds coming from Lithuania. The 2.5-year bonds carry 8.5% annual interest and are expected to be listed on Nasdaq Vilnius. Artea Bank, Evernord, LHV Bank, and Signet Bank managed distribution, Sorainen advised, and Audifina acted as trustee. With this issue, the fund has raised €88.9 million (~ $292.5 million) by 2027.
