Huasun Energy, a China-based manufacturer of HJT PV modules, has secured a 350 MW module supply contract for China Huadian Corporation’s Binzhou solar project. The project was announced on September 11, 2025, and is part of Shandong’s coastal wind-solar-storage-transmission initiative covering 530 hectares of saline-alkali land. According to China Huadian, tender requirements specified a minimum front-side efficiency of 22.6%, rear-side power output of 65%, and a 715 W rating. Huasun Energy’s modules have surpassed these benchmarks, as they achieved near-100 percent bifaciality and ensured reliable performance under the challenging coastal environmental conditions. The project is adopting a fishery-solar model, which combines aquaculture beneath PV structures to maximize land utilization and strengthen local fish farming practices. Huasun Energy has also been a regular supplier of advanced modules to Chinese state-owned enterprises including China Datang, China Green Development Group, PowerChina, and China Huaneng. Recently, Huasun Energy launched its HJT modules in Brazil and signed a supply agreement for the Araxá solar project.
