UAE-based HotpackGlobal, sustainable packaging solutionshas completed a 2.2 MW rooftop solar power installation at its manufacturing facility in Dubai's National Industries Park. The system was projected to generate 3.52 million kWh of energy annually and reduce 2,992 metric tons of CO₂ emissions. The company also integrated a circular supply chain using post-consumer recycled materials and developed H-rPET technology for recyclable packaging. Its Eco Loop recycling program, in partnership with RECAPP by Veolia, expanded collection and recycling efforts. These initiatives aligned with UAE’s Net Zero 2050 strategy and supported renewable energy adoption across operations.
