GreenYellow, a French company, has secured €49 million (~$55.36 million) in financing for its 116 MW rooftop solar portfolio in Poland. The portfolio includes over 2,318 self-consumption PV plants installed on Biedronka supermarkets. The due diligence, conducted by 3E, included yield assessments, digital performance modeling using SynaptiQ, and risk evaluations. Crédit Agricole led the refinancing. 3E’s data-driven analysis enabled risk clarity and portfolio viability over a 15-year horizon. The project emphasized the shift toward bundled solar portfolios and contributed to Poland’s growing distributed energy network.
