Portugal-based Greenvolt Group, part of the KKR portfolio, has agreed to sell a 231 MW wind and solar portfolio in Spain to Transiziona for up to €195 million (~$222.42 million). The sale, made through its partnership with Green Mind Ventures, includes 145 MW of forward-sold projects to Commercial Operation Date (COD) and a greenfield platform with 86 MW capacity. Over the past two months, Greenvolt also announced €333 million (~$379.83 million) worth of utility-scale project sales in Poland. With the Spain transaction, its total asset sales in 2025 have reached around €530 million (~$ 604.54 million). Greenvolt has followed a strategy of rotating 70–80% of large-scale projects at RtB or COD stages. It currently holds a 13.2 GW pipeline across 18 countries and aims to bring 5.3 GW to RtB by year-end. Greenvolt Power sweeps Polish capacity auction with 1.2 GW win last year.
