Croatia-headquartered ENNA Solar, part of the ENNA Group, has signed an agreement with Austria’s Kraftfeld Energy. ENNA Solar agreed to buy 100% of PVP Cepheus S.R.L., the company behind a planned solar power project in Mihăilești, Romania.
