Emmvee Energy is planning to invest INR 15,000 crore (~$1.73 billion) in phases to set up a solar manufacturing plant in Karnataka. This investment was part of agreements made during the Global Investors Meet (GIM) Invest Karnataka 2025. The company intended to begin with an initial investment of INR 5,000 crore (~$577.52 million). It plans to build a 5 GW capacity facility. The project is expected to create 10,000 jobs.
