DAS Solar, a China-based manufacturer of high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, has completed two grid-connected solar projects totaling 8.6 MW in Brazil’s Pernambuco state with TR Energia. The projects are located in Itaíba and Agrestina and have used 570 W n-type modules designed for high efficiency and stable output. According to DAS Solar, the modules were engineered to ensure low degradation and consistent performance in Brazil’s tropical conditions. TR Energia, a renewable energy developer headquartered in Brazil, has provided engineering, construction, and project management expertise for on-time project delivery. DAS Solar has stated that the completion of these projects represents a milestone in its Latin American expansion. DAS Solar is also aligning this progress with its global “DAS Eco,” “DAS Floating,” and “DAS Urban” solution platforms for diversified PV development. DAS Solar has recently showcased new PV technologies at All Energy Australia 2025, expanding its global innovation outreach.
