Comstock Metals, a subsidiary of Comstock Inc., has signed a master services agreement with RWE Clean Energy in April 2025. The agreement covers zero-landfill recycling, decommissioning, and logistics services for RWE’s solar installations across the United States. Comstock Metals was named a preferred partner for handling end-of-life solar panels, related equipment, and safe transportation using eco-compliant disposal practices. The partnership builds on prior projects in Nevada and California, where more than 4 million pounds of solar waste have already been recycled. It aims to expand responsible solar waste management and address gaps in the national recycling supply chain.
