Germany-based Commerz Real acquired a ready-to-build solar park in eastern France for its Klimavest fund. The 47 MW Amance photovoltaic power plant, located in the Aube department near Troyes, covers 42 hectares. Construction started, with completion expected in September 2025. BayWa r.e. developed the project and will handle its technical and commercial management. Once operational, the solar park will supply electricity for about 11,000 households. The electricity will be sold through a state feed-in tariff and a long-term PPA with a commercial buyer.
