BM GreenTech Berhad, a Malaysia-based renewable energy solutions provider, has announced that its wholly owned unit Plus Xnergy Services Sdn Bhd signed contracts with Nefin V Power Sdn Bhd. The agreements were executed recently, for a 29.99 MW AC solar project awarded under Malaysia’s Corporate Green Power Project framework. The total contract value was RM95 million (~ $22.8 million), which has been divided between procurement and engineering-construction responsibilities. The Procurement Agreement, valued at RM64.865 million (~ $15.6 million), is covering machinery, equipment, PV modules, and mounting structures required for the solar farm. The Engineering and Construction Agreement, worth RM30.135 million (~ $7.2 million), was assigned for project design, detailed engineering, and construction management. BM GreenTech has stated that the project is expected to enhance net assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The board has confirmed the contracts are within ordinary business operations and do not involve risks beyond those typically associated with solar construction projects.
