Berde Renewables & PSS expand clean energy in Asia-Pacific

Berde Renewables Inc., a Philippines-based portfolio company of I Squared Capital, has partnered with Power Systems and Solutions Co. Ltd. (PSS), a Thailand-based renewable energy developer with 105 MW completed portfolio. The collaboration, aimed to speed-up the clean energy adoption across Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region, will focus on solar, storage, and hybrid solutions for C&I, and utility-scale applications. The initiative was launched with 18.9 MW of operating assets, 30 MW under construction, and 170 MW in the pipeline, targeting 300 MW of clean energy projects within three years. The alliance seeks to optimize energy efficiency, improve asset management, and extend the lifespan of clean energy infrastructure by combining Berde Renewables’ advanced clean energy technologies with PSS’s engineering expertise.
