AXIAL, a Spain-based designer and manufacturer of solar trackers and fixed structures, has signed tracker supply agreements exceeding 70 MW across Brazil. The contracts were finalizedduring Intersolar South America, which was held from August 26 to 28 in São Paulo. BelEnergy has secured agreements for eleven projects exceeding 40 MW in Pernambuco, Mato Grosso do Sul, Maranhão, Piauí, Alagoas, Goiás, Bahia, and Rio Grande do Sul. MinuanoParticipações has confirmed six plants with a combined capacity of approximately 30 MW located in Maranhão, Piauí, and Bahia. AXIAL has stated that it will deliver its bifacial AxialTracker Twin systems, widely deployed across the PV market in Brazil. AXIAL has further indicated that these agreements are part of its strategy to expand into Brazil’s centralized generation segment, with additional closings expected before year-end.
