Apex Circuit & Constant Energy sign solar deal in Thailand

Constant Energy, Backed by Virya Energy, has partnered with Apex Circuit Thailand to implement a rooftop solar system and an offsite solar project through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The agreement enabled Apex to access renewable energy without upfront costs or maintenance responsibilities. A MOU was also signed to support Third-Party Access (TPA) and future offsite solar expansion. The initiatives aimed to enhance energy efficiency and reduce emissions. Apex expected operational cost savings and internal capacity-building in renewable energy. Constant Energy applied its established PPA model and planned to maintain long-term support.
