Alpex Solar Ltd has approved an INR 110 crore (~ $12.10 million) investment to establish a 1.2 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The plant is scheduled to be operational by FY2026-27, which will increase Alpex Solar’s total module production capacity to 3.6 GW. Funding is planned through internal accruals and credit facilities. For Q1 FY26, Alpex Solar reported a net profit of INR 42.29 crore (~ $4.65 million), an increase from INR 1.06 crore (~ $0.12 million) for Q1 FY25. Basic EPS has risen to INR 17.28 from INR 0.43 a year earlier. Alpex Solar operates six manufacturing units across Greater Noida, Kosi-Kotwan, Eco-Tech, and Madhya Pradesh.
