Adapture Renewables, Inc., a US-based solar and energy storage developer, has acquired a 110 MW solar and 110 MW storage from Samsung C&T Renewables. The Haynach project marks the company’s first project in Colorado and expands its portfolio of hybrid energy facilities. The acquisition aligns with Adapture Renewables' long-term strategy to expand its portfolio into new markets and expand storage project assets. Adapture will collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to ensure transparency in project development.
