ABO Energy, based in Wiesbaden, has expanded its operations to include technical planning, procurement and construction services for solar and hybrid (solar + battery) projects. The company began offering EPC services for energy parks of 10 MW or larger, with a focus on integrating battery energy storage systems. It had previously connected about 600 MW of solar and battery projects to the grid, mainly developed and built in-house. The expansion aimed to meet rising demand for complete, economically optimized energy and storage solutions. Its EPC model covered all phases from design and procurement to commissioning, with optional operational management and maintenance. The service targeted energy suppliers and industrial investors, emphasizing transparent processes, defined budgets, and durable system designs.
