India’s Macwin Solar has announced the expansion of its solar panel manufacturing capacity with the launch of a new, state-of-the-art facility. This expansion is aimed at addressing the growing demand for renewable energy, both domestically and internationally. By 2024, Macwin Solar aims to increase its output to 600 MW, with a target of reaching 1.2 GW of production by 2025. The facility will also house a solar panel recycling plant and it will integrate advanced Topcon Glass-to-Glass technology to enhance the efficiency and durability of its solar panels.
