LMIR Trust partners with PT Investasi Hijau Satu for PV installations in Indonesia

LMIRT Management LTD., the Manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust), has signed rental scheme agreements with PT Investasi Hijau Satu to install rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at three of its malls in Indonesia. These systems will be installed at Mal Lippo Cikarang, Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati, and Lippo Plaza Batu, and are expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2025. These PV modules will have an installed capacity of 1.89 MW and will generate over 2,572 MWh annually.Over the next 25 years, the project is expected to reduce more than 44,893 tonnes of carbon emissions, equivalent to planting 7,380 trees.
