Kohat Cement Company Limited, a Pakistan-based cement manufacturer, has commissioned a 5.34 MW on-grid solar power plant at the company’s plant site. This new addition increases the site’s total renewable energy capacity to 15.34 MW, which already included a previously installed 10 MW solar facility. The project reflects Kohat Cement’s continued commitment in reducing reliance on national-grid and conventional power sources. The announcement was shared through the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
