JSW Neo Energy wins 300 MW project

JSW Neo Energy Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, has been awarded a Letter of Award for a 300 MW ISTS-connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project by SJVN Limited, as part of its successful bid for 1,500 MW ISTS-connected Hybrid Projects. The company’s current locked-in capacity has now reached 13.9 GW, with an expected installed generation capacity of 9.8 GW by CY24, a significant increase from the current 7.3 GW. JSW Energy aims to achieve a generation capacity of 20 GW and an energy storage capacity of 40 GWh by 2030, supported by its existing locked-in storage of 3.4 GWh. As per the company’s objectives, it is committed to achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2050.
