JinkoSolar launches 2,000 V EAGLE modules

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. has introduced the world’s first UL-listed 2,000 VEAGLE Modules, certified for UL61730-1, UL61730-2, and IEC 61215 standards. Developed in partnership with UL Solutions, these modules will initially launch in the US during Q3 2024, with broader availability anticipated in 2025. As per Jinko, these modules offer extended string lengths for utility-scale projects, reducing overall system expenses and enhancing efficiency, thereby driving a more competitive cost of energy and higher ROI. This development represents a significant progression from the era of 1,500 V modules introduced eight years ago.
