Websol Energy System, an India-based manufacturer of crystalline PV cells and related modules, has secured three purchase orders aggregating 85.5 MW for module supply in India. The orders were received from Bekem Infra Projects, Sri Avantika Contractors, and Kosol Energie. The confirmed contracts carry a total value of INR 172 crore (~ $18,920,000), and production of the ordered modules is currently underway. Deliveries of the 85.5 MW volume are scheduled to be completed by May 2026 under the agreed timelines. The company stated that recently imposed US tariffs on solar imports will not affect its operations, as it does not currently export to the US.
