Indian EPC company Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has secured contract to execute a PV project in India. The contract covers engineering, procurement, and construction of a ground-mounted 10 MW AC / 14 MW P PV asset in Uttar Pradesh. WRTL has disclosed that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity engaged in industrial gas manufacturing and supply. The order value has been reported as approximately INR 37.96 crore (~ $0.42 million ), excluding taxes. According to the filing, the solar project is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2026–27. The company has stated that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions and that promoter groups have no interest in the awarding entity. Recently, Waaree Renewable Technologies has been awarded a 704 MW AC utility-scale solar project in India.
