Waaree Renewable revises EPC order to INR 1,480 crore in India

India-based Waaree Renewable Technologies has revised the value of its existing solar EPC contract by INR 246.92 crore (~ $29.63 million), bringing the total to INR 1,480.40 crore (~ $177.64 million). The contract covers a 2.012 GW ground-mounted solar project for an Indian stakeholder. The updated scope of work was received on June 20, 2025, with no change to the original terms. The initial agreement was signed in November 2024. Waaree confirmed that the deal does not involve any related parties or promoter interests. In its Q4 FY25 results, the company reported a net profit of INR 93.81 crore (~ $11.08 million), up 82.7% year-over-year, with revenue rising 74.4% to INR 476.58 crore (~ $56.47 million) compared to Q4 FY24.
