Mumbai-based Waaree Energies, has announced that its subsidiary Waaree Solar Americas secured a 288 MW module order from a US renewable developer. The company said the customer was engaged in owning, developing, and operating renewable projects across the United States. Waaree Energies confirmed that the supply order was scheduled for execution during financial year 2026–27. The company clarified that promoters and promoter groups were not linked to the awarding authority. Waaree Energies reported Rs 842.55 crore consolidated net profit for Q2 FY26. The company added that profit increased 132.97% year-on-year during the quarter. Waaree Energies recorded Rs 6,065.64 crore operational revenue and noted 69.69% annual growth. The company also reported a 3.60% BSE share decline. Recently,Waaree Energies Limited was reported as India’s top Q3 2025 module supplier, according to JMK Research.
