Waaree Energies, a Mumbai-based solar module manufacturer, has reported securing a 140 MW domestic supply order for FY26. According to Waaree Energies, the order was received on November 28 from a prominent Indian renewable developer. The company said the agreement is structured as a one-time supply and is expected to add to its confirmed order pipeline for the financial year. Waaree Energies disclosed that commercial terms were not detailed beyond capacity size, but the contract involves exclusive module deliveries during FY26. The company noted that the order reflects continued demand from India’s expanding solar generation segment. Waaree Energies added that its shares closed 1.2 % lower at INR 3,173.50(~ $38) on the BSE before the announcement.
