Waaree Energies, an India-based module manufacturer, has announced a 350 MW supply agreement with AMPIN Energy Transition for upcoming projects across several locations. The company said the order was structured to support utility-scale and C&I requirements. Waaree Energies stated that deliveries were scheduled for completion by March 2026 under the signed arrangement. The company noted that its G12R TOPCon modules were designed for higher density, bifacial operation, and better climatic performance. AMPIN Energy Transition said the modules aligned with its technical standards and operational needs. Waaree Energies added that the planned deployment was expected to reduce about 407,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually using CEA’s emissions baseline. The companies said the collaboration strengthened module availability for AMPIN Energy Transition’s expanding project pipeline.
