Waaree Energies Ltd. is India’s solar PV module and solar cell manufacturer has secured a 500 MW solar module order from a domestic solar power developer. The order was received on February 23, 2026 Independent Power Producer. The supply will be executed during FY 2026-27. The contract is structured as a one-time agreement. The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. It confirmed that the deal involves no related party transactions and follows arm’s length terms. The order strengthens Waaree Energies’ order book and provides revenue visibility for the coming financial year.
