Waaree Energies Ltd., India’s solar module manufacturer, has secured a 300 MW solar module supply order from Sembcorp Green Infra Private Limited. Under the agreement, Waaree will supplly G12R TOPCon dual-glass bifacial modules for Sembcorp’s utility-scale solar projects in Rajasthan. The modules were planned for deployment across multiple solar project sites in Rajasthan. The supplied modules featured bifacial design, dual-glass construction and performance suited for varied temperature and light conditions. Deliveries under the contract had supported Sembcorp’s ongoing solar developments and added to Waaree’s domestic project portfolio. The order reflected the use of domestically manufactured, high-efficiency solar modules for large-scale projects in India.
