India-based Vikran Engineering Limited, has secured a INR 2,035.26 crore (~$223.88 million)solar EPC contract. According to the company, the order was awarded by Onix Renewables Limited for developing 600 MW AC solar capacity. The projects have been planned across multiple locations in Maharashtra with a defined execution timeline of 12 months. The turnkey EPC scope has included engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. As per Vikran Engineering Limited, the contract value was closely aligned with its INR 2,237 crore (~$246.07 million) market capitalization. The company has operated across power transmission, water infrastructure, railway electrification, and solar EPC segments. Vikran Engineering Limited stated that the order has strengthened its renewable execution pipeline and near-term revenue visibility.
