Vikram Solar Limited, an India-based manufacturer of PV modules, has secured a 378.75 MW N-TOPCon module supply order from Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited (INGEL). The modules are planned for deployment in Gujarat, India as part of a 600 MW solar project by INGEL, a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and NTPC Green Energy Limited, tendered under NTPC’s renewable energy arm. According to the disclosure, the domestic contract has been structured as a one-time order with execution planned within 180 days and deliveries expected to commence in FY26. Annexure A confirmed that no promoter or group company interest exists in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not fall under related party dealings.
