Vikram Solar, India’s solar module manufacturer, has secured an order from L&T Construction for 336 MW of solar modules to be deployed at Khavda, Gujarat. The order included Hypersol G12R modules, designed with N-type technology and improved efficiency. These modules offered up to 80% bifaciality, better high-temperature performance, and an annual degradation rate of 0.4%. Their use was expected to enhance Balance-of-System efficiency and lower the Levelized Cost of Energy. The development also marked Vikram Solar’s continued role in supplying advanced modules for India’s clean energy transformation through large-scale execution.
