Telecommunications Consultants India Limited, an India-based government enterprise, has invited EOIs for consortium participation in a solar power project. The EOI seeks partners for design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the 120 MW Wobthang PV power plant in Bhutan. The EOI was issued under client tender DGPC/PCD/CS/71/2025/8521 dated December 15, 2025 and will close on January 30, 2026. Technical bids are scheduled to open on January 30, 2026, while financial bid dates notified later. Bidders must submit an EMD of INR 1 crore (~ $0.11 million) and tender fees of INR 11,800 (~ $130). The tender allows consortium participation of up to two agencies, with eligibility linked to technical experience, financial capacity, and EPC execution capability. Bidders must be Indian-registered entities with experience in design and EPC execution of PV plants, including at least 90 MW AC in design and 90 MW AC each in installation of modules, inverters, and mounting structures.
