Tata Power, an India-based integrated power company operating across power generation and renewable energy businesses, has announced a collaboration with Salesforce to support digital operations across its distributed energy services. The collaboration will introduce an AI-based digital platform supporting rooftop solar, EV charging, and smart home energy services across Tata Power’s India operations. The platform will integrate Salesforce systems within Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited to manage customer engagement, partner interactions, and operational workflows. The system will use Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, and Agentforce Marketing to enable automated workflows and structured digital customer journeys. Tata Power has also developed a proprietary deep-learning and agentic intelligence layer integrated with the Salesforce platform. The system will support zero-touch quality validation, on-site verification, and automated warranty generation under Tata Power’s Solaroof programme. Tata Power currently operates a diversified power portfolio of 16.30 GW, including 7.50 GW of clean energy capacity representing 46%.
