Dentons Link Legal, a full-service law firm in india, has advised Tata Capital on financing four Cleantech Solar special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for renewable energy projects. The legal team supported the drafting, negotiation, and execution of financing and security documents. Tata Capital extended financial assistance to Cleantech Solar, which serves commercial and industrial clients in India and Southeast Asia. Cleantech Solar is headquartered in Singapore. The projects include rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations across Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
