Solex Energy Limited, an Indian solar module manufacturer, has signed a 36‑month non-binding MoU with Malaysia-based automation specialist TT Vision Holdings Berhad. The agreement is to advance solar manufacturing automation and talent development in India. Under the MoU, TT Vision will train Solex engineers in Penang and India on automation, inspection systems, process equipment, and global manufacturing best practices. The Malaysian company will also advise Solex on Good Manufacturing Practices, Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving to support operational performance during capacity expansion. The Indian company will receive preferential access to TT Vision’s automation technologies for research, new product introduction, and process optimisation across its manufacturing lines. The company has also been assisting TT Vision’s India entry through supply chain alignment and government engagement. Both parties will retain ownership of their respective intellectual property, with any joint developments governed by future definitive agreements.​ Recently, Solex has reported strong H1 FY26 earnings driven by rising module demand.
