Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited, a renewable energy solutions provider based in India, has received a LoA from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for an EPC package involving a 250 MW AC grid-connected PV project. The EPC contract carries a value of approximately INR 725.33 crore (~ $79.8 million), including taxes, for engineering, procurement, and construction works. This domestic solar project is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2026-27, in accordance with the agreement terms. No interests from the promoter group or related companies exist within the awarding entity, NTPC Renewable Energy Limited. The solar EPC contract falls outside the scope of related party transactions, as defined by regulatory standards.
