India-based Silgo Retail Limited has acquired a INR 19.5 crore (~$2.198 million) solar power project under the PM-KUSUM Component A scheme for JDVVNL. The project involves grid-connected solar plants totaling 5.50 MW across three sites in Rajasthan.Incorporated in 2016 in Jaipur, the company had previously operated in retail.The project scope included design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and long-term operation and maintenance, along with an 11 KV transmission line and monitoring system. Completion was scheduled by FY 2026–27, with Silgo responsible for 25 years of operation. The project was projected to generate 88 lakh units annually at INR 3,040 per unit, yielding estimated annual revenue of INR 2.68 crore.
