SJVN Green Energy Limited, an Indian renewable developer, has invited bids for a 300 MW EPC package covering grid-connected solar projects allocated under Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) schemes in Punjab. The tender has adopted a single-stage, two-envelope process with an e-Reverse Auction and has permitted bidding for individual or combined capacities. Project-1 has required contractors to procure modules, while Projects-2 and 3 have provided free-issue modules that contractors must handle and integrate. The scope has included land procurement or leasing, full EPC execution, grid-connectivity activities, and three-year comprehensive O&M services. Financial norms required INR 85.04–310.10 Cr (~$9.35M–$34.11M) turnovers and INR 5.67–20.67 Cr security deposits. Bidding has remained open till 15.12.2025, with final submission due on 16.12.2025.
