India-headquartered Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. has acquired a 27% post-money stake in Rhine Solar Ltd. The move marks Servotech’s entry into PV module manufacturing and upstream integration. Rhine Solar, based in New Delhi, is ALMM-listed and operates a 100 MW production facility. Both companies plan to expand their capacity to 600 MW within a year. The facility will focus on N-type TOPCon 12 busbar panels due to their high efficiency. The investment is expected to enhance Servotech’s supply chain and reduce production costs. It is also intended to support its solar and EV charging segments. The deal aligns with India’s clean energy goals and domestic manufacturing push. Servotech aims to reduce import dependency and scale its renewable operations. Recently, Servotech has secured 2 MW solar rooftop order from NER Lucknow.
