Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), an India-based government enterprise implementing renewable energy programmes, has issued a Request for Selection (RFS) for a 10 MW grid-connected PV project integrated with a 10 MW/20 MWh BESS in Odisha, India. The bidding process has been structured under a Viability Gap Funding (VGF) -based competitive framework and will be conducted through an online e-reverse auction mechanism. The RfS document cost has been set at INR 50,000 (~ $550) plus applicable GST, while the bid processing fee is INR 2,00,000 (~ $2,200) plus applicable GST. An Earnest Money Deposit of INR 1,42,50,000 (~ $156,750) has been specified as part of the eligibility requirements. The pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 27/02/2026, and online bid submission will close on 23/03/2026. Offline document submission has been set for 25/03/2026, and bid opening will take place on 27/03/2026.
